Agency places 35th overall on 2026 list, highest among Chicago-area companies in the advertising, marketing and PR category

PCI ranked 35 among the top 100 Chicago-area organizations recognized in 2026, climbing 28 spots from 2025, and was the highest-ranked company in the advertising, marketing and PR industry on the list.

The list is compiled through an independent assessment conducted on Crain’s behalf by Best Companies Group, which combines an in-depth review of workplace policies, practices and benefits with a confidential employee survey. Employee responses account for 75% of the final score, giving team members the strongest voice in determining the organizations that earn a place on the list. The survey explores areas including leadership, workplace culture, professional development, benefits and overall engagement.
