REAL-TIME CHANGING INFORMATION AMIDST THE PANDEMIC

As the Arlington Heights Park District (AHPD) transitioned to working with an external communications agency, it hoped to refresh its social media presence and use its channels to communicate important programming updates amidst the pandemic. The AHPD called on PCI to create and implement a digital communications strategy to bolster its online presence and highlight the park district’s resources and facilities.

Like many physical studios, its Arlington Ridge Center (ARC) planned to welcome members back in October, and AHPD needed to communicate the new safety measures in place including the need for registration.
