Pam Oettel, MBA, is a principal at PCI, which is one of the largest, independent women-owned communications firms in the U.S. With nearly 35 years of experience working in Fortune 500 companies, she provides leadership and strategic direction for PCI’s operations as well as its financial performance.
Pam specializes in finance, operations and project management, and she has been a financial controller in manufacturing, technical service, engineering, sales, and administration. Additionally, Pam was a corporate internal auditor for domestic, international, financial, fraud-detection and operational process audits. She was an operations leader in many organizations, including: accounts payable, payroll, profit sharing and 401(k) benefits, retiree call center, technology, billing, medical clinics, disability, training, facilities, customer support, and strategy. Over her career, Pam also led multiple large-scale project implementations.
Pam earned her undergraduate degree in economics and accounting from Calvin University, and her MBA from the University of Rochester’s Executive Development Program.
