Leigh Madden has more than 30 years experience developing and managing public relations programs for corporate and nonprofit clients. Since joining PCI in 1988, Leigh has risen through the ranks from handling the day-to-day activities of accounts, to providing senior level counsel for clients in crisis to helping lead the agency’s healthcare sector. She is an experienced strategist, writer and spokesperson trainer.
Leigh’s work in healthcare includes corporate and nonprofit clients including scores of professional associations. She Leigh currently oversees a multifaceted program for the American Society of Anesthesiologists involving issues management and advocacy, annual meeting publicity, patient education and professional outreach.
Leigh’s corporate work includes numerous pharmaceutical and consumer product launches, consumer and professional education, community outreach and general public relations and communications counsel.
She completed the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program, Dealing With An Angry Public, which is a project of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Leigh is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in speech communications. In 2006, she completed the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program, Dealing with an Angry Public.
