Jill Allread, APR, PRSA Fellow

Chief Executive Officer

Jill leads PCI and provides executive counsels to a wide variety of organizations and individuals to enhance their brands, strategies and reputations. Jill is a nationally recognized crisis management counselor in the areas of healthcare, nonprofit, conservation, business and associations, she also advises clients in public affairs strategies.

Craig Pugh, APR

President

Craig Pugh provides executive and issues counsel to clients in all sectors, including tourism and hospitality planning and development, business to business, and association marketing. Craig brings to the agency 30 years of extensive management and communications experience in both for-profit business and nonprofit organizations.

Wendi Koziol, APR

Senior Vice President, Managing Director

Working with a diverse group of healthcare, education and nonprofit organizations, Wendi is involved in some of the agency’s most sophisticated programs, developing strategy and leading award-winning account teams. Wendi’s passion for making a positive difference inspired her to help launch PCI Cares, which connects staff to service projects and supports causes that matter to employees.

Sharon Dewar

Senior Vice President, Wildlife Care & Conservation

To say Sharon goes out of her way to draw attention to conservation issues might be an understatement. She took a news team to one of the most remote forests of Central Africa to see scientists studying apes. It was just one highlight of a career in science communications, destination marketing, media strategy and crisis management.

Mary Erangey

Senior Vice President, Healthcare

Mary specializes in strategic communications campaigns to help education, healthcare and association clients increase their share of voice and deliver clear messages on complicated issues. She's led the development of award-winning creative marketing content and has helped win visibility for the turnaround stories of schools and professional associations.

Leigh Madden

Senior Vice President, Healthcare

With more than two decades experience in healthcare, Leigh uses her strategic counsel and issues management skills to develop and lead award-winning programs for corporate and nonprofit accounts. Her campaigns have involved Major League Baseball, a First Lady and more than a half dozen physician specialties, and she’s loved each and every one.

Michael Queroz

Senior Vice President, Digital

Michael Queroz leads Public Communications Inc.’s digital practice. He is particularly passionate about integrating media and digital strategies into client programs to support all communications needs, and has worked with a variety of Chicago-based and national nonprofit, conservation, destination and healthcare clients.

Ramsey Carey

Vice President, Nonprofit, Business, Government

Ramsey Carey is a public relations professional with a background in media relations strategy for nonprofit cultural institutions. She oversees communications programs for nonprofit, business and government clients and to advance their marketing, communications and public relations initiatives to meet their business objectives. She is passionate about using the power of storytelling to drive results and digs deep with her clients to uncover stories and uplift voices that often go untold.

Rachel Jean-Pierre

Rachel Jean-Pierre is a senior communications strategist specializing in healthcare communications for corporate and nonprofit clients. She provides strategic counsel to help healthcare clients elevate their brand and amplify key messages.
