“UIC engaged PCI to develop a strategic communications and marketing plan. From the first interview through plan presentation, they engaged with our team seamlessly and with a level of commitment that made us feel like they were part of UIC. The process was highly inclusive and began to unify what had previously been disparate communication departments across the University. Together, we identified challenges, worked through historic issues, co-developed our strategic communications and marketing plan and found new opportunities to work together to embrace and advance the University’s brand. And, we did it on a short timeline and had some fun together in the process.”
