Craig Pugh provides executive and issues counsel to clients in all sectors, including tourism and hospitality planning and development, business to business, and association marketing.
Craig, who joined PCI’s ownership team in 2015 as the agency’s fifth president in its 53-year history, helps to manage professional development and concentrates on the agency’s growth.
He brings to the agency 30 years of extensive management and communications experience in both for-profit business and nonprofit organizations, and returns to Chicago after several years leading two Florida cultural attractions through strategic expansions and major capital campaigns.
Craig has served on several boards, most recently the Florida Attractions Association, Florida Association of Museums, and advisory board of Tampa’s destination marketing organization Visit Tampa Bay, and was appointed in 2009 by Florida’s Governor to the Florida Council on Arts and Culture. Pugh received the 2013 Hometown Hero Award from Visit Tampa Bay for leadership in attracting convention business.
Craig previously held editorial positions for new book development at the educational publisher Scott, Foresman & Company and was managing editor for the medical publisher Times Mirror/Mosby Year Book prior to working at Chicago Zoological Society as associate director for communications. Craig earned a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University.

Amanda ReCupido is a Vice President who specializes in communications for nonprofit and cultural institutions. She is passionate about her clients, for whom she’s led multiple award-winning campaigns, and whose work spans across the arts, social services, philanthropy, government and education fields.
