Joash Mencias

Joash Mencias is a Vice President in Healthcare for Public Communication Inc.’s healthcare sector. Joash is a well-versed communications professional, supporting and executing public relations programs. His current roster of clients includes Fresenius Medical Care, Howard Brown Health, Society of Critical Care Medicine and the National Society of Genetic Counselors.

Joash joined PCI from FleishmanHillard in St. Louis, where he worked across various disciplines, including corporate communications, reputation management, brand strategy and digital & social media. Previous clients include AT&T, Ascension, Enterprise Holdings and The UPS Store. He also chaired his office’s diversity, equity and inclusion committee.

Joash graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and advertising. At DePaul, he was part of a team that earned an honorable mention in the Bateman Case Study Competition, a national collegiate contest organized by the Public Relations Student Society of America.
